Filing Requirements for Democratic Candidates for the Virginia House of Delegates District 65 June 20, 2023 Primary
The Democratic Candidate for the November 7, 2023 General Election will be selected by primary on June 20, 2023. Primary candidates must submit their Petitions, Declaration of Candidacy and Primary Filing Fee Receipt to Thomas Kimbrell, Chair of the 65 th HoD Nominating Committee, between noon on March 20 and 4:59 PM on April 6.
On March 20, 2023 Candidates may submit their petitions from 12:00 noon to 5:00PM at 418
Collingwood Drive, Falmouth, Virginia 22405. To arrange for delivering petitions and other required
documents after March 20, contact the Chair Thomas Kimbrell by text (at 540-220-6941) and by email at (twkimbrell47@gmail.com). The Chair will also be available from 3:00 PM to 4:59 PM on April 6 at 418 Collingwood Drive. Contact the chair of the nominating committee, if you have any questions.
