Hala Ayala

Lt. Governor

Del. Ayala currently serves the 51’st House District. For over 20 years she was a cybersecurity specialist with the Department of Homeland Security, she worked to protect our nation’s information systems and prevent attacks on our national security.

Mark Herring

Attorney General

Mark is the first Democrat to serve as Virginia’s attorney general in more than 20 years, and the first attorney general to be reelected in nearly 30 years. Prior to serving as Attorney General, Mark served as a State Senator from Loudoun.

Joshua Cole

HD 28

In 2017, Joshua Cole proudly ran for the Virginia House of Delegates to represent Virginia’s 28th District, becoming the first African-American and youngest person to receive any party’s nomination, along the way. In a hard-fought race, Joshua finished less than 100 votes shy of having the honor of representing the 28th District. In 2019, he came back and finished the job – becoming one of the youngest members elected to the Virginia General Assembly.

Kecia Evans

Kecia Evans has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, a master’s degree in Cybersecurity/Digital Forensics from the University of Maryland University College, and a master in laws degree in National Security Law from Regent School of Law.  I have more than 22 years of experience in criminal justice, 16 of those years working for an agency that provides exceptional advocacy and quality legal representation to indigent adults and juveniles.
